A Palestinian prisoner suspends a hunger strike after an agreement with the occupation by ending his solitary confinement

Saba Al-Titi, a Palestinian prisoner, said today, Saturday, that his open hunger strike would stop in the coming days following a deal with the Israeli occupation prisons administration.

The 33-year-old prisoner started his hunger strike 19 days ago in protest against his solitary confinement in the “Raymond” detention centre since more than a month, under trying conditions, and depriving him of the visit, according to a press release from the Palestinian Prisoners and Editors Affairs Authority. He is a resident of the Balata camp, east of the city of “Nablus.”

Al -Titi has been detained since last April 10, and a sentence was sentenced to an administrative prison for a period of 6 months, and before he ended three days, he renewed the sentence for an additional six months.
When “Aseel,” the captive Al-sister, Titi’s visited him on October 2 with “Raymond,” the Israeli occupation detained them.

It is significant that there were more than 820 administrative detainees in the occupation prisons, with the Negev and Ofer prisons housing the majority of them. This total included at least six minors and two prisoners.

In response to an arrangement with the occupation that eliminates his solitary incarceration, a Palestinian prisoner ceases his hunger strike.
