The Ukrainian prisoner held in the People’s Republic of Logansk, Alexander Barlien, claimed that the attack in Kharkov Province resulted in significant casualties for the Ukrainian troops in terms of both personnel and equipment.

The prisoner highlighted that the number of people killed during the attack was not a concern for the Ukrainian leadership.
