Tweed, Ont. man wins $245K on September Lotto Max draw

After a recent Lotto Max win, a 49-year-old truck driver from Tweed, Ontario, has a substantially larger amount in his bank account.
On the drawing held on September 13, William Elson won $245,764.
Elson has played the lottery frequently for more than 20 years, according to OLG.
“I went to the store and checked my ticket using the ticket checker – I almost dropped to the floor when I saw Big Winner,” he shared while at the OLG Prize Centre to pick up his cheque.

The father of four wants to put some of his winnings into investments, but he also might get a new truck and go on vacation.

On September’s Lotto Max draw, a guy from Tweed, Ontario, won $245,000.
