Manama, the capital of Bahrain, wrapped up the Bahrain Forum for Dialogue’s work on Friday under the theme “East and West for Human Coexistence.”
Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the King of Bahrain, stated on Friday that Pope Francis and Sheikh Al-Azhar Ahmed Al-Tayeb worked to further the Bahrain Forum, emphasising the importance of religious leaders in solving societal issues.
The Council of Muslim Elders is visited by the Pope of the Vatican and the Sheikh of Al-Azhar.
