The Philippines .. The government provides financial grants for the displaced because of the war against terrorism

Armed battles between the Philippine government forces and a local terrorist group in the southern Maguindanao province have resulted in the displacement of more than 210 people from their homes.
For the programme of support in case of crises, the Ministry of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) provided cash assistance of 5,000 pesos to each internally displaced person (IDP) from the Datu Odin Sinsuat municipality.

President Ferdinand Marcos Jr., Special Assistant to the President Antonio Lagdameo Jr., DSWD Director Erwin Tolvo, Secretary of Public Works and High Roads Manuel Bonoan, twelfth regional director of the DSWD Department Loreto Junior Kapaya, and representatives from other local governments all attended the ceremony.
According to the Ministry of Social Services and Development’s report, Magwindanao has experienced a displacement of more than 3,300 persons since the start of May 2022.

Additionally, since 2021, more than 1,200 people have been forced to flee their homes as a result of fighting between the Philippine Armed Forces and the Bangsamoro Islamic Freedom Fighters, or BIFF.
There are many factions within BIFF, some of which are associated with ISIS.
In order to find safety and escape the impacts of the continuous armed conflict within their society, internally displaced persons are compelled to leave their homes but not the country or the borders.
