The conference of the Arabic Language Academy in Sharjah was established by Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi (Supreme Council Member, Ruler of Sharjah, and Supreme President of the Arabic Language Complex in Sharjah), Prof. Dr. Salah Fadl (Head of the Arabic Language Academy), and Dr. Mamoun Wajih (member of the Synod, Scientific Director of the Historical Dictionary Project).

Secretary General of the King Salman International Complex for Arabic Abdullah Al-Washmi, Chairman of the Song Council in Mauritania Dr. The grammar Hebron, Chairman of the Supreme Council of Arabic Language in Algeria Dr. Saleh Belaid, Secretary General of the Jordanian Arabic Language Academy Dr. Mohammed Al-Saudi, Chairman of the Arabic Language Academy in Jordan Dr. Bakri Muhammad Al-Hajj, Chairman of the Arabic Language Academy in Khartoum Dr.
Dr. Abdel-Fattah Al-Solhiri and Mahmoud Ahmed Al-Sayed, director of the Arabic Language Academy in Damascus (Director of the Arabization Coordination Office in Rabab).
The head of the Palestinian Arabic Language Academy, Prof. Dr. Hassan Abdel-Rahman Al-Saladi, Dr. Muhammad Mustafa Al-Shaibani, vice president of the Libyan Arabic Language Academy, and Dr. Muhammad Hussein Al Yassin, head of the Iraqi Scientific Complex, were also members of the council.
Issa Al-Hammadi, the director of the Gulf States Educational Center for Arabic, and Dr. Abdul Salam Issawi (Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Arabic Language, University of Manouba).
It is worth noting that the duration of the membership in the complex is three years, which can be renewed for a similar period or periods, and it is permissible to be re -set from the end of their membership..
