Putin signs a decree of the joining of prisoners who are convicted of fighting in Ukraine

The Russian President, Vladimir Putin, signed a decree allowing the involved to participate in crimes and their rulings did not end with the fighting in the fighting in Ukraine.
Putin also signed a second decree today, on Friday, giving military troops and volunteers the same social benefits and protections.

It is noteworthy that the Russian President’s decree on this topic comes in this regard in order to increase the number of fighters in the war on Ukraine. It was reported that allowing the prisoners sentenced to fight in Ukraine had already been done for some time and before the signing of the Russian presidential decree due to the shortage of Russian forces that are fighting in Ukrainian lands.

The Kremlin previously stated that no presidential decree is required to formally announce the end of the partial mobilisation, emphasising that no such decree will be issued by the Russian President in this regard.
As a result of the Kremlin’s unwillingness to release a formal decree, the packaging effectively increased Russian residents’ fears that it would resume at any time.

It is significant that the mobilisation procedure, which was completed recently, was announced by President Putin on September 21 and was the first call-up of the reserve troops since World War II.

Putin issues a directive allowing inmates convicted of fighting in Ukraine to join the prisoner population.
