Cairo News Correspondence warns: Israeli security estimates confirm the need to respond to the firing of the missiles

The “Cairo News” channel’s correspondent in Gaza, Mona Okal, reported that Israel’s security assessments place a strong emphasis on the necessity of responding to the launch of the missiles.
She continued by saying that Palestinian leaders anticipate an Israeli response to the Gaza-based rocket fire.

The correspondent in a phone call during a message on Gaza made clear that the Israeli Iron Dome intercepted the two missiles, which were from the “Islamic Jihad” movement towards southern Israel, in response to the assassination of Farouk Salama in the city of Jenin in the West Bank, noting that the two missiles were fired from northern Gaza.
The two rockets, according to Okal, fell into the Gaza Strip’s borders.

According to the station, the correspondence suggested that rocket showers had been launched against Israel.

According to Israeli security assessments, it is necessary to retaliate in response to the missiles being fired, Cairo News Correspondent warns.
