Developing a digital platform or electronic application for a computer or mobile device that includes materials to introduce the aspects of corruption, as well as creating an introductory film in the fields of corruption regarding the field of information and communications technology, are among the competition’s requirements for youth. The competition was launched by the Supreme Council for Culture’s Digital Culture and Information Information Information Committee.

Conditions for the contest:
– 1- The content presented in a cultural digital must be useful in an innovative and high-quality style such as: web sites, various mobile applications, games and interactive applications, as well as rich content such as videos, digital and interactive books.
2. The participating material must be a legitimate investment in a real product.
3- The application’s content must be in accordance with the United Nations Human Rights Declaration, which means it must be free of incitement to violence, sectarianism, racial discrimination, etc. The arbitration committee has the right to reject the advanced application in the event of a violation.
4- The application’s owner (or he has the original owner’s consent) owns all of the application’s content, including the texts, videos, photos, and other elements, and the software being utilised is licenced.
5- The application may be in any language, but Arabic must be present in the content.
6- Each participant must provide a single archive file (ZIP or RAR), with the file name containing both the registration identity and the application file for links to content published online or videos, as long as the file size does not exceed 10 MB.
7- Each participant must submit a clarification video to request the nomination posted on one of the platforms such as YouTube and send the link so that the jury can see a presentation of the project to explain the application file.
8- At the moment the competition is announced, the contestant cannot be older than 45.
On December 31, 2022, Saturday, the progress door for the competition closes, and the work submitted after that day is no longer accepted.
