Oct. 31 (Reuters) – Luis Suarez hailed Nacional and their supporters after scoring twice in the Uruguayan Championship final for his childhood team, which defeated Liverpool of Montevideo 4-1.

Prior to his fourth World Cup finals appearance for Uruguay, the striker, who scored eight goals in 16 games this season, claimed he made the right choice to return to Nacional.
Suarez told reporters after the game, “I am satisfied to have taken the right move, to have appreciated this moment, and I am happy to conclude it like this.
“I feel content and proud that I made the proper choice.

Although there are recurring uncertainties about whether a decision was the right one, celebrating with our community and loved ones is invaluable.
