Pioli: Thanks to all the players in my contract renewal with Milan

Coach Stefano Pioli of Milan has confirmed that his contract has been extended till the end of the 2024–2025 season by the entire Italian team.
Inter Milan coach Stefano Pioli took over Milan in 2019 and breathed fresh life into the Italian team.
The following season, Milan won the championship, making it his first in the local league in 11 years. Milan finished second during the 2020–2021 season.

Milan is now third in the Italian league and is on the verge of returning to the Champions League round of sixteen for the first time since the 2013–2014 campaign.
When asked about the extension of his contract, which was announced yesterday, Monday, during a press conference, Bioli said, “The credit returns to everyone, the club gives me great confidence.

Without the players, I would not have been the most recent to sign my contract, so I am extremely glad with the renewal,” he continued.
“We began a three-year journey, and we are now tremendously eager to reach our season’s goals. The club had the option to extend my contract for another year, but they did so for a considerable amount of time, and I am really appreciative for that.

Pioli: I’d want to express my gratitude to all the Milan players for helping me extend my contract.
