The first tennis player to earn a spot in the Paris-Percy Master’s final was ninth-ranked Russian André Rublev, who defeated American John Isner 6-2, 6-3, on Tuesday.
The seventh ranked Robleev, which was exempted from running the first round, similar to the first eight classes, needed 62 minutes to get rid of the 47-ranked Essenar Obese and the German Oscar Oteh rising from the 6-4 and 7-6 qualifiers on Monday in the first round.
Tomorrow, Wednesday, Rublev will inform his opponent in the following round of the Paris-Perisy round of the final “ATB” championship scheduled in Turin, Italy, between November 13 and 20 in order to reserve his card.
The four players are running to face Rubellef, their matches later today and tomorrow, Wednesday, and Polish Hubert Horkash, who in turn competes for the “ATB” card with French Adrian Manarino, participating in an invitation card, and the Danish Holgher Raouni with Swiss Stan Fernenka.
