Following the recent increase in the price of the dollar relative to the Egyptian pound, Saudi Airlines announced the modification and increase of ticket prices for the Umrah season flights. The company made the announcements before the start of the current season, and its operations end on January 15th, 2019.
In a letter to travel agencies and businesses, Saudi Airlines stated: “Amending the prices of Umrah airline tickets and ranges from 7170 pounds to 8640 pounds, according to the different return date, and the company decided to increase the travel prices for the “Cairo-grandfather” line-Cairo “from 5413 pounds to 7170 pounds, And the increase in the price of airline tickets for the “Cairo-Jeddah / Medina-Cairo” line
The airline firm chose to raise the cost of airline tickets for the “Cairo – Al -Madinah Al -Munawwarah/ Jeddah – Cairo” line from 7002 pounds to 8915 pounds, and to note that these prices are subject to change depending on the fluctuation of the currency rate or other market factors.
