Noir disclosed that he had undergone three surgeries to treat skin cancer to the German tabloid Bild.
Skin cancer was discovered in the 36-year-old.
Noir raised the World Cup in 2014 and won numerous championships while playing for Bayern Munich.
Even though Germany isn’t now one of the teams contending for the championship, Noir hopes to win the World Cup in Qatar this month.
