Three monkeys were successfully operated on by doctors at the Chinese University of Xian University, “Xian,” who also planted genetically altered pigs.
The procedure, which reportedly took 14 hours, was carried out in October, according to the tabloid “China Daily.”
According to the Chinese newspaper, the liver, kidneys, heart, cornea, leather and bones were implanted in 4 monkeys.
