Despite the withdrawal of Moscow .. 3 pills leave the Ukraine ports leave

Three ships left Ukrainian ports on Tuesday afternoon via the Black Sea, according to a statement from the United Nations-led coordination centre, despite Russia’s continued suspension of its participation in the deal on grain exports.
The declaration said that the Russian delegation was informed of the ship movements that had been decided upon by the delegations from Ukraine, Turkey, and the United Nations at the centre, situated in Istanbul.

The statement added that Amir Abdullah, the UN coordinator for the grain programme, is still in contact with each of the three member states in an effort to restore their full involvement in the organisation that monitors the safe passage of ships.
In parallel, the President of the Russian Parliament (Duma), Viacislav Voluden, said today that the grain export agreement from Ukraine through the Black Sea could not be revived with the same previous conditions.

According to Voluden, who was quoted by the TASS News Agency, the arrangement cannot be resumed as long as the security passage is being used to export grains in order to launch attacks against the Black Sea Fleet’s ships.
Additionally, he stated that “Russia granted the Ukrainian side the chance to sell the grains intended for underdeveloped African and Asian nations.

” But he pointed out that only three or four percent of them went to these countries, while the European Union countries got most of them.
Folodimir Zellinski, the president of Ukraine, according to Voluden “All of the accords established with Turkey and the United Nations’ involvement were annulled by his actions.

Following a Saturday attack on the Russian navy in Crimea, Russian President Vladimir Putin urged Ukraine to protect the safety of ships travelling along the grain export route yesterday. He also accused Kyiv of being a “danger.”
At a news conference, Putin stated that Ukraine should make sure that there will be no threat to civil ships.

Russian President Kyiv was accused of using the grain corridor to launch the attack that he attributed to it and was based on him to justify his withdrawal from the Ukrainian grain export agreement.
It is notable that the deal reached between Kyiv and Moscow on July 19 with the support of Turkey and the UN permitted the sale of Ukrainian wheat in order to prevent a worldwide food catastrophe brought on by the conflict in Ukraine.

Despite Moscow’s withdrawal, 3 pills leave the Ukraine ports.
