Despite the Russian comment … Ukrainian ships on their way of the humanitarian corridor

“The United Nations, Turkey, and Ukrainian officials have all agreed that these ships will be moved on Tuesday. It was informed by the Russian delegation.”
Under a global agreement struck in July of last year, the centre in Istanbul is in charge of regulating the shipments of grain from Ukraine. Russia just declared its departure from the deal.

Ukrainian determination to export
An invitation from Russia to ensure ship safety
On Monday, Russian President Vladimir Putin called Ukraine to ensure the safety of ships crossing the grain export corridor, accusing Kyiv of being a “threat” after an attack targeting the Russian fleet in Crimea on Saturday.
Putin stated during a news conference that Ukraine must ensure that there would be no threat to commercial ships.

Russian President Kyiv was accused of using the grain corridor to launch the attack that he attributed to it and was based on him to justify his withdrawal from the Ukrainian grain export agreement.
Putin indicated that it was “a threat to our ships and our civil ships,” stressing that Russia did not withdraw from the agreement but rather “suspended” its commitment to it.

In order to prevent a global food catastrophe brought on by the conflict in Ukraine, an agreement was reached between Kyiv and Moscow on July 19 under the auspices of the UN and Turkey.
The arrangement established a safe route for grain-laden ships to take in order to reach Istanbul for inspection.
More than 9.5 million tonnes of Ukrainian grains have been exported thanks to the deal, which is set to be renewed on November 19.

Despite the Russian remark, Ukrainian ships are travelling through the humanitarian lane.
