According to an annual anticipation report released today, Monday, “OPEC” has increased its projections for the medium- and long-term growth of the world’s oil demand.
Despite efforts to shift to clean energy sources, “OPEC” claimed that until 2045, investments totaling $12.1 trillion are needed to meet this goal.
The OPEC report upheld its prediction that the world oil demand won’t stabilise until after 2035.
According to the group, by 2023, daily oil demand would reach 103 million barrels.
