The World Health Organization warns of the spread of the “Fetak” cholera epidemic in Lebanon

The fatal cholera pandemic is spreading quickly in Lebanon, according to the World Health Organization, as it also affects neighbouring Syria.
For the first time in decades, the first cholera injury in Lebanon was recorded earlier this month, while the country is witnessing an economic collapse that negatively affected the ability of public facilities to provide major services such as water, electricity and hospitalization.

The group issued a statement in which it stated that it was “warning of the fascism of Kolra Fattaka in Lebanon with the increasing occurrences of injury.”
Abdel Nasser Abu Bakr, the WHO representative for Lebanon, noted that “the situation in Lebanon is delicate, as the country is fighting to face other crises, and these crises multiply their impact owing to the long-term political and economic deterioration.”

The “Fetak” cholera pandemic in Lebanon is on the rise, according to the World Health Organization.
