Russia delegate to the United Nations: Ships in the Black Sea cannot be allowed without inspection

Vasily Nippinesia, Russia’s permanent representative to the UN, declared that his nation will not permit ships to transit the Black Sea without being searched.
Nippinsia confirmed – according to Russia Today News Channel on Monday – that Moscow will take its own measures to monitor the ships that the coordination center allowed to remove it without the approval of Moscow.

“We start with the fact that the Black Sea initiative should not be executed without us, as the United Nations confirmed on July 22,” he stated. “The decisions and steps adopted without our involvement do not need anything.”
