The attacks on the Ukrainian infrastructure sites today, according to Russian President Vladimir Putin, were partially in retaliation for the terrorist attack by Ukrainians on Russian ships in Sevastopol.
Putin told reporters in response to a question about whether the Russian strikes on Monday on the infrastructure facilities in Ukraine were in response to the terrorist attack in Sevastopol, and said: “It is partly as well”, and Putin warned that this is not all we can do.
