The 2022 World Cup in Qatar will not feature the Italian Juventus midfielder owing to injury, according to Brazilian Rafaella Pimanta and French star Paul Pogba.
Pogba sustained a muscular issue after rejoining Juventus’ training programme following his recovery from the articulated cartilage procedure, which prevented him from playing for the senior team thus far this season.
After medical exams yesterday and today, Pimanta released a statement in which she revealed that Pogba will require rehabilitation following knee surgery in early September and would not be able to represent France in the World Cup.
It is noteworthy that Paul Pogba was injured in the articulated cartilage of the knee to undergo surgery early September, and he did not participate with his new team Juventus, who joined him last summer in a free transfer deal.
