In Cairo’s Great Conference Hall at the Civil Education Center, the second day’s events of the first African conference for diplomatic relations got underway.
A delegation from the Scientific Association for African Affairs and the president of the Arab and African Youth Committee at the Arab Youth Council for Integrated Development led a group of African ambassadors and experts in African affairs who were present in the hall.
