After Russian strikes … the power cut off from Kyiv

After hearing explosions in the Ukrainian capital, Kyiv, the mayor of Kyiv announced the power outage in the neighborhoods of the capital and held Russia responsible for this interruption.
Between eight and 08:00 (six and hour 06.20 GMT), the Agence France-Presse journalists in the Ukrainian capital heard at least five explosions.

Vitaly Klitschko, the mayor of Kyiv, stated that on Monday morning, “following Russian strikes,” communities in the Ukrainian capital had their water and electricity cut off.
In a letter sent via Telegram, he said that “part of Kyiv is without electricity and certain districts are without water as a result of Russian strikes.”
On October 10 and 17, the capital was targeted with Russian -Iranian -made Russian enlocutors.
Recently, power interruptions have been brought on by damage to Kyiv’s electrical infrastructure.

The deal on grain exports from Ukrainian ports, which was essential for the world’s food supplies, was halted by Russia in the wake of the attack.
Earlier, Ukraine declared a “unprecedented” power outage in the Kyiv region due to Russian strikes that had seriously damaged Ukrainian power facilities recently.

Sadly, the Ukrainian firm “Detic” posted on Facebook that it “will sadly impose additional limits on power supplies in the next days.”
The Ukrainian “Interfax” news agency reported that the CEO of the company, Dmitro Gerrok, explained that “these restrictions will continue from five to six hours” against four hours in the past.

In response, Russia declared that it had finished mobilising 300,000 reserve soldiers in a little over a month, including 41,000 who were published in Ukraine, in a move that appeared to reflect President Vladimir Putin’s desire to abruptly change course following a string of losses.

After the Russian strikes, Kyiv lost power.
