The German President offered condolences to his South Korean counterpart after the Halloween celebration incident in Seoul

German President Frank-Valter Steinmeier expressed his condolences to South Coroya President Yun Suk Yol against the background of the stampede accident that occurred during the Halloween Planting Day celebrations in Seoul, and resulted in the death and injury of dozens.
