Andre Rodenko, a deputy foreign minister, said that discussing the terms and potential for Russia to return to the “grain deal” requires a full understanding of the facts surrounding the attack on the Black Sea Fleet ships in Sevastopol’s territorial waters.
According to Rodenko, “it is important to disclose in detail all the details of what happened, this breaches all the former conditions agreed upon.”
Added the deputy minister: “It will probably be able to discuss the next measures once all the specifics are known. As you are aware, Russia hosted a Security Council meeting where this topic would be discussed.”
