The ministry revealed earlier in the day that the Kyiv regime carried out a terrorist attack on the ships of the Black Sea Fleet and civil ships in Sevastopol, using drones.

The Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman, Maria Zakharova, stated that British specialists participated directly in the implementation of the terrorist attack at dawn today on the Black Sea ships in the port of Sevastopol.
On July 22 in Istanbul, four countries—Russia, Ukraine, Turkey, and the UN—signed two documents addressing the issues of food supply and fertiliser for international markets. This agreement is known as the “grain deal.”

Under this deal, the United Nations is assumed to remove various restrictions on exporting agricultural products and Russian fertilizers to global markets, while the first part of the deal determines the algorithm of the export of Ukrainian agricultural products from the Black Sea ports, which is controlled by Ukraine.
