Russia requests a session of the Security Council on October 31

In light of the Ukrainian attack on the ships taking part in the “Food Deal,” Dmitry Pollesky, the first representative of the Russian delegation to the UN, revealed that Moscow has asked for a Security Council meeting on October 31.

According to Pollensky, the permanent mission of Russia has informed the Secretary-General of the United Nations that Russia will suspend its participation in the so-called Black Sea initiative in light of today’s attack by Ukraine on the ships of the Black Sea Fleet engaged in ensuring the security of ships transporting Ukrainian grains. We also requested a meeting of the Secretary-General.

The Kyiv regime used drones to launch a terrorist attack on Black Sea Fleet and civilian ships in Sevastopol, the Russian Ministry of Defense confirmed earlier today.
