In the eastern German state of Saxony, unidentified individuals attacked a hostel on Friday morning using incendiary materials. The facility was intended to house refugees.
The Regional Criminal Police Office in the city of Dresden announced that the fire broke out inside the “Shrihoutil” hotel in Batusen, after the perpetrators smashed a number of windows and threw incendiary packages inside the building.

Four people were overpowered in the building, but they were spared the attack, according to the data. The fire was put out by firefighters.
The incident was looked into by the Criminal Police Anti-Terrorism and Extremist Center. The building was roped off over a significant area, and the Criminal Police Office was unable to provide any details regarding the degree of the attack’s damage.
