“General Motors” comments ads on Twitter

After being acquired by American billionaire Elon Musk, “General Motors” reportedly ceased running its advertisements on Twitter. This was according to the “CNBC” channel.
The channel cited “General Motors,” one of Musk’s rivals in the electric vehicle market and maker of “Tesla,” saying that the company temporarily suspended running advertisements while it assessed the new “Twitter” guidelines.

The American business stated in a statement: “We cooperate with Twitter to understand the path of this platform’s development under the supervision of its new owner. Usually, when a media platform undergoes significant changes in how it operates, we temporarily halt publishing paid advertisements. Customers and Twitter are still working together.

Elon Musk, who will be in office tomorrow, is organising the “Twitter” administration to free up the network’s editorial stance, which came under fire for imposing harsh content on the content. At the same time, Musk pledged to create a council to oversee the material, refrain from making any significant editorial policy choices prior to the council’s work, and reinstate the blocked pages.
