A second large-scale protest was held on Sunday in Kishinao by supporters of the opposition Moldova Party, known as “Shore.” The protesters planned to march from the Academy of Science Academy building to the city’s main centre while the police asked them to take a another route.
Skirmishes broke out between the protestors and the police as the protesters refused to abide by these demands and noted that they had authorization from the capital administration to demonstrate in the central square.
