The International Football Association (FIFA) has cautioned its Tunisian equivalent that if there is any government meddling in running the local federation’s operations, the nation’s participation in the World Cup “Qatar 2022” may be compromised.
For the sixth time in its existence, Tunisia qualified for the World Cup Finals, and the draw placed them in the fourth group with France, the defending champion, Australia, and Denmark.
Last week, the “FIFA” sent a letter to the Tunisian Football Association outlining his concerns following a threat to dissolve some bodies made by the Tunisian Minister of Youth and Sports, Kamal Dqish, as well as some recent statements that upset the International Federation of the most popular sport in the world.
The Tunisian Federation will be subject to consequences in accordance with FIFA statutes, including suspension, according to the FIFA address, because of its lack of commitment to independence at work.
