News from Al-Madinah: The Secretary-General of the League of Arab States, Ahmed Aboul Gheit, considered that the Arab summit is the most important mechanism of joint Arab action, during the preparatory Arab foreign ministers meeting of the University Council at the summit level, which will be held early next month.
