In the city of Kishtwar in the state of Jammu and Kashmir, the Indian portion of the Kashmir area in the north of the country, a tunnel collapsed as an energy project was being implemented, killing one person and trapping six others.
According to the police, three individuals who were in danger of collapsing were saved, as reported by the Indian “NDTV” channel on Saturday.
She mentioned that numerous rescue personnel had arrived at the scene of the tragedy and that rescue efforts were ongoing.
The collapse of the northern India tunnel resulted in one person being killed and six others being surrounded.
