The “Moon Walker” shoe accelerates walking to a pace of seven miles per hour and has eight wheels with tiny electric motors (approximately 11 km per hour).
To start the process of turning the concept of the shoe into a genuine product that will be offered for $ 1399, the company is attempting to raise $ 90,000.
According to the British newspaper “Daily Mail”, the shoe supports an algorithm for machine learning, so that it improves the speed of its wearing over time, after identifying the walking style of its owner, the nature of the roads on which it is going, and the obstacles that it may encounter.
The shoe has a battery that charges in 1.5 hours and lasts for around 9.6 kilometres (6 miles) before needing to be recharged once more.
