Under the name of voluntary return .. Turkey is forcibly deporting 120 Syrian refugees

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights announced today, Friday, that the Turkish authorities deported “forcibly” 120 Syrian refugees to the Syrian territories through the Bab Al -Salama border crossing under the name “voluntary return”.
Most of the young men, according to him, were in possession of “temporary protection” cards, according to the Turkish Immigration Department.

Human Rights Watch reported on October 24 that between February and July 2022, Turkish authorities unlawfully deported hundreds of Syrian refugee men and boys back to Syria.
Syrians who were present at the Human Rights Watch conference claimed that Turkish authorities had taken them from their homes, places of employment, and the streets and had imprisoned them in subpar conditions, hitting and insulting the majority of them.

They stated that they transported them to the border crossing points with northern Syria and forced them to cross there under threat of force after forcing them to sign the voluntary return forms.
Turkish Minister of Family and Social Affairs Daria Yannik has promised to remove all Syrian refugees from Turkey by 2023.

The statements made by the Turkish Minister are an exact replica of the pledge made by Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, who also promised to repatriate more than a million Syrian refugees before next June, when Turkey will hold its presidential and parliamentary elections, less than a year from now.

120 Syrian refugees are being forced deported from Turkey under the pretence of voluntary return.
