Taiwan condemns Putin’s statements about “considered part of China”

The Russian President Vladimir Putin’s claims that Taiwan is a component of the People’s Republic of China were denounced and opposed by the Taiwanese Foreign Ministry today, Friday.
The Taiwanese Central News Agency stated that Russian President Vladimir Putin said – in his interview at Valdei Club for discussion on Thursday – that Taiwan “has no conflict rooted in the People’s Republic United to Taiwan considers Moscow “nothing but provocation.

The statement concluded that Taiwan will continue to work closely with “countries with similar thinking” to defend the values of democracy, freedom, and the international system based on rules and to protect the area of the Indian and calm surrounding people as well as global peace and stability in the face of malicious and irrational provocations from China.

Putin’s comments that Taiwan is “considered part of China” are condemned by Taiwan.
