It gives Bahaa Taher a unique position in literary history. Because of this, even after creators depart, life continues.
“There is no god but God, a thousand mercy to our writer and our excellent professor,” the famous author Ibrahim Abdul Majeed once penned.
Hussein Hammouda, a renowned critic, stated: “The lecturer asked: It’s Bahaa, what do we discuss a new need? This was a question that was asked of Professor Naguib Mahfouz only sporadically.
Now, none of them will write a “new need”.. and if what he wrote will remain, and new. We were responding to what we know or read from what was written or published by Bahaa Taher.

Bahaa Taher is mourned by Ibrahim Abdul Majeed.
