After defeating Zamalek 2-0 on Friday at the Hazza Bin Zayed Stadium in the United Arab Emirates, Al-Ahly won the Egyptian Super Cup.
Bruno Savio and Karim Fouad, both Brazilian goals, came in the 38th and second minutes of stoppage time, respectively.
After winning its 12th championship, Al-Ahly increased the amount of titles it had previously won, while Zamalek’s record remained at four.
When Al-Ahly hits Zamalek, the Egyptian Super Bowl is won.
