The distribution of 15% cash earnings of capital for the third quarter of 2022 has been approved by the board of directors of the Emirates Driving Group.
According to information provided by the firm to the Abu Dhabi Securities Market, the projected amount of the interim cash dividends is 13.47 million dirhams, or 15 fils per share.
In the first nine months of 2022, the Emirates Driving Group reported net profits from continuing operations of roughly 187 million dirhams. This is a 43% increase in profits over the same time in 2021.
The second quarter of 2022 will see a 15% distribution of phased cash profits for shareholders, or 15 fils per share of capital, agreed by the company’s board of directors, bringing the total cash payouts to 30%, or 30 fils per share, for the period ending September 30, 2022.
