Zelinski stands in the darkness: Ukrainians do not fear darkness

Ukrainian President Foludmir Zellinski stood in the dark next to an aeroplane wreck to deliver his nighttime speech after Kyiv had previously declared that the Russian attacks on the infrastructure had destroyed over 30% of the nation’s power plants.
Zellinski vowed from the depths of the night that the massive Russian attacks on power plants would not be able to demoralise the Ukrainian people.

By noting that “hearing the enemy’s anthem on our territory worries us more than the enemy missiles in the Embayian,” he further emphasised that the bombardment will not devastate the Ukrainian military. He emphasised that the Ukrainians do not fear the dark and go on to protect their country.
Additionally, he mentioned that 4,500 missiles and more than 8,000 air strikes have been fired by Russia thus far. He claimed that in the previous two days, his nation had shot down 23 drones.

This speech came on Friday night, after the Russian forces fired dozens of missiles and drones on the electricity generation network in Ukraine during the past two weeks, causing great damage and power outages from hundreds of towns and cities, according to Reuters.
A senior official said on Thursday that the planned longer-term electricity cuts to Kyiv and four other areas following the Russian strikes may need to occur.

It is significant that the Ukrainian presidency reported last week that 30% of the nation’s power plants had been destroyed by Russian bombardment in just one week, leading to a “tremendous” suspension of the flow of electricity in various areas.

After Kyiv began a counter-attack, especially in the towns in the south and northeast of the nation, to restore them from the grip of the Russians, achieving amazing progress, the Russian troops increased their missile attacks on Ukrainian lands during the most recent period.

Zelinski stands in the shadows: Ukrainians don’t mind being in the dark.
