When asked to rank the three biggest difficulties they currently face, 57% of respondents to a study conducted by the European Investment Bank gave climate change the top spot, according to the results, which were published today, Thursday.
For 43% of the participants, the financial crisis ranked highest on their list of challenges, whereas for one in three, it was the Corona pandemic.

The poll also revealed that there are fears about forest fires in a lot of Europe.
The poll included more than 28 thousand people, and it was conducted in 30 countries, and a thousand people participated in Germany alone.
The aim of the poll, conducted by “PVA” market research, was to clarify the opinions on the issue of climate protection. The study was performed by the company from August 8 to August 31.
The Germans’ top two concerns are the financial crisis and climate change.
