Vladimir Putin, the president of Russia, emphasised that Taiwan is a fundamental component of China while also saying that US officials’ travels to the island are a provocation of Beijing.
During a speech to him in the “Valdai” international discussion session, the Russian President said that Taiwan, without any doubt, is an integral part of the People’s Republic of China . . . stressing that his country has always been sticking to this situation.
He emphasised that China and Russia are working together in all areas, including the military and related fields, and that this cooperation is extremely covert.
