Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed greeted Karl Nihammer and his group at the start of the meeting at the Beach Palace, congratulated them on the National Day of the Friendly Republic of Austria, which falls on October 26th, and offered Austria his best wishes for continued success and development.
The two sides reaffirmed their shared desire to advance bilateral ties, particularly in fields important to both nations, like technology, energy, innovation, food security, and others.
According to the Emirati News Agency “WAM,” Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed and Austria’s consultant discussed a number of regional and international issues of mutual concern, as well as the significance of acting at all levels to lower tension and promote dialogue and negotiation to resolve crises in the world in order to lessen their negative effects, whether at the human or economic level or on global food security.
