Herzog in Washington .. and Biden: If Israel would not have found it

News from Al-Madinah: Isaac Herzog, the head of the Israeli occupation, travelled to Washington, D.C., where he met Joe Biden, another official, and other dignitaries.
Biden spun the occupied state at his meeting with Herzog, saying, “I have often affirmed that if Israel had not been, we would have been invented.”
“The United States has a strict commitment to Israel and touched on the border demarcation file between Lebanon and Israel,” Biden added.

“Beirut and Tel Aviv expect an agreement to establish the permanent maritime borders between the two countries tomorrow, Thursday,” he continued.
In a related context, Israeli media said that Herzog gave American officials pictures that he said to prove Iranian help to Russia for drones, for use in the war against Ukraine.

The photos showed pieces from the Iranian “136-witness” plane, which appeared in Iranian maneuvers at the end of last year, before the Russians used them in their war against Ukraine.
On Wednesday, Israeli Prime Minister Yitzhak Herzog and US Vice President Joe Biden reviewed Russia’s use of Iranian routes and the growing threat to Ukraine.

Herzog told reporters at the White House after the talks, that they had discussed “mainly” Iran’s nuclear program, the suppression of demonstrators against strict religious laws in Iran, and the issue of selling Tehran to Russia.
The occupation’s top leader’s visit brings to light Tel Aviv’s worries about Iran’s expanding influence. Iran is allegedly supplying Russia with the deadly jets that Moscow employs to attack civilian targets in Ukraine.

US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken met on Tuesday and announced that he had briefed the American side on information indicating that Iranian drones had been employed in the conflict in Ukraine, according to Israeli intelligence.
This was hailed by Ukrainian President Foludmir Zellinski on Wednesday, who said that “it is a healthy trend in relations with Israel. After a long period of interruption, I see that we are moving forward.

Biden and Herzog also spoke about Iran’s ongoing dispute with the major nations over its nuclear programme, which Tehran claims has solely peaceful intentions.
The American administration’s attempt to resurrect the accord, which would resume global inspections of Iran in exchange for a relaxation of sanctions, is opposed by Tel Aviv.
