The filmmaker Saeed Al-Marouk has been the target of numerous accusations in the past few days after his wife Jihan Abu Ayyad claimed that she had been abused at his hands.
A campaign called “Saeed Al-Marouk Mansaf” was started on the communication sites as support for Abu Ayyad was triggered.
This campaign was linked to the documents that the “Sharika Walaken” platform published about the exit being subjected to Marouk’s “extreme” physical teasing using “hands, feet, handgun, and biting.”
In addition, it was stated that eight forensic findings supported the allegations of family taunting against Marouk’s ex-wife.
She emphasised that Jihan received protection orders from two judges after he was attacked with hands, feet, and pistols. Al-Marouk, however, refuted all of the allegations of assault through his account on “Instagram,” claiming that they are “false and erroneous systematic rumours that are supported by suspicious persons and sites that harm me and my family and children, and affect my honour and dignity.”
He also threatened to take legal action against anyone who spread or helped spread these allegations, and he insulted himself and his family on social media platforms.
Later, his legal office issued a statement denied what was circulated, confirming at the same time that the director is carrying out his duties until now towards his children and Jihan.
It is interesting to note that Al-Marouk wed a civilian from Abu Ayyad in 2005, gave birth to “Tim” and Bint “Lamar,” and afterwards separated from her.
