After a fire was put out at a home in the Tulsa region today, eight individuals were discovered dead in apparent homicides, according to authorities.
Around 4 p.m. local time on Thursday, the fire was reported in a peaceful residential area of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, which is located 20 kilometres southeast of Tulsa.
Although there was no immediate threat to the public, Broken Arrow police stated that the fire and the fatalities were being investigated as homicides.
According to police spokesman Ethan Hutchins, the scene was complicated and “had a lot of moving pieces,” thus no additional details were being made public right away.
