Egyptian and Arab publishing houses are anticipating the upcoming major Arab international exhibitions, which are expected to begin in the second half of the current year 2022. The activities will kick off at the Sharjah exhibition, which is scheduled to begin on November 2 and end on November 13 of the same month.
Following the conclusion of the Kuwait International Book Fair on November 16 and the beginning of the International Book Fair on December 7 and ending on December 17 of the same month, respectively,
The Jeddah International Book Fair is from December 8 through December 17; the Cairo International Book Fair runs from January 24 to February 6, 2023.
It is important to note that the Egyptian General Book Authority takes part in numerous regional exhibitions, including the fifth session of Damanhour, which is set to take place in the General Library of Egypt in Damanhour, Beheira Governorate. More than 30 publishing houses will be included, in addition to a wide range of cultural events and activities that will allow the lake’s success and greatness to continue year after year.
All of the Ministry of Culture’s publishing divisions, along with a number of national press organisations, take part in the exhibition this year. Your Culture, a programme that offers books to the public at reduced prices, is also seen encouraging site visitors to read and acquire books in order to increase awareness and spread knowledge.
