Human rights organisations have reported the death of a kidnapped person who was brutally tortured in a Houthi militia prison in Yemen on this day, Wednesday.
Less than a month after his capture, the sources stated, Khaled Abdullah Zuhair died as a result of the horrific torture he endured in a Houthi militia prison in Sana’a, according to the “Yemen” television channel.
When returning from Saada Governorate, the president’s stronghold in the north of the country, the Houthi militia kidnapped Zuhair at the Blue Point at the northern entrance to Sana’a, she noted. This indicated that the victim had travelled there in early October to demand the release of another kidnapper named Hassan Al-Tohamy, who has been holding the Houthis 3 for three years.
