Bloomberg reported on Tuesday that Musk promised to complete the $44 billion purchase of Twitter by the following Friday, citing people with knowledge of the situation.
The report stated that Mask made this pledge at a video conference with bankers who help in financing the deal.
The sources said that the banks, which will submit 13 billion dollars as part of the financing of the deal, have finished setting the final credit agreement, and it is in the process of signing the agreement, which is one of the last steps before actually transferring the money to Elon Musk.
